The Subtitle Says It All

I've just started reading (for the third time since coming to France) Donald Whitney's Simplify Your Spiritual Life. The subtitle says it all: "Spiritual Disciplines for the Overwhelmed." I think it ought to be required reading for everybody in any kind of ministry. We often feel overwhelmed while doing "good things." Whitney's book offers real suggestions for maintaining the "simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ" (2 Corinthians 11:3).
