Well, my adopted nation of France is ahead of the world again. The French national space agency just released all of its thousands of documents on UFO sightings for the world to see over the internet (see the story here). I'm not sure what's funnier: the release of the documents, the fact that the agency's server went down because of all the traffic, or the fact that the US won't release all of their thousands of documents because they are critical to national security.
